Hi, my name's Phil Senior, and I'm the man behind Senior Valuation.
In 2005 I decided I wanted to focus more on becoming a member of your team when it comes to your investments, and it was from this desire that Senior Valuation was born; a more personal and supportive commercial and residential property valuation service.
20 plus years of commercial and residential valuation experience
in Wellington and the Hutt Valley
In 1980 I earned my Valuers Urban Professional qualifications and commenced work as a valuer with the (then) Government Valuation Department.
After completing three years of practical experience, I became a registered valuer in 1983 and after that moved into private practice.
Over the next 20 plus years I worked for various valuation firms in Wellington and Hutt Valley, including CB Richard Ellis, giving me a very specialised knowledge of the local commercial and industrial market, its individual properties, characteristics, and trends.
As a senior valuer, not only can I share with you a seasoned knowledge of property valuation, but also invaluable insight into your local area which is crucial to both an informed investment and an accurate valuation.
